Dear Angela and Andy,

I would like to thank you for getting me set up and through my Executive Fitness Screening last Friday at Good Samaritan Hospital.

The experience was “world class” and I was not let down in any way.  From the moment of my arrival until my departure several hours later, to this very moment, I feel that I made a great decision to participate in this program.  I also appreciate you setting me up with Dr. Howell, with whom I really felt a great connection.  From a personal standpoint, I have been very focused on my health recently and last Friday took it to a whole new level!

I would also like to call out and recognize everyone who I met that day and wish that I took the time to write down their names.  Andrew and Jamal who were with me most of the time, were fantastic and displayed the utmost professionalism – and they were both very personable and approachable.  Each and every technician (those who ran the test equipment for me) was outstanding as well.
